STOCK

Please note that at the time of your order, some items may not be in stock. All jewellery is handmade in London and could take up to 2 weeks to deliver.

SHIPPING

FREE POSTAGE for all UK deliveries.
Shipping fees vary according to the total weight and destination of the shipment.
Goods are dispatched within 5-7 working days of purchase, sometimes quicker. All items are sent signed for, items with a value over £150 are sent next day special delivery. You will have to sign for these too.

CUSTOMS

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for their own country’s customs upon receiving goods.

RETURNS

At Oxx we try our best to deliver goods within the specified delivery time and in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your purchase is not to your satisfaction, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, and return the item in the original packaging within 7 days. Items must be unused and in their original condition. We won’t accept any returns that have not been notified within 24 hours or returned within the specified 7 days. Please keep proof of postage as we cannot take responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Once we receive the goods back, in perfect condition, we will refund your card in full within 14 days. The cost of returning goods is the customer’s responsibility except for faulty or incorrectly shipped goods. Commissions and rings made to size can not be returned, but we will work with you to change the piece to the requirements you might have. The length of necklace can always be adapted and rings can be sized, so please do not hesitate to contact us. Please be aware there might be a small charge to change ringsizes if they were not taken by us.

COLOUR AND SIZE VARIATIONS

Be aware that our handmade collections may have slight variations, which will make your piece Unique. We do our best to match the products with the original product’s photos and to give a full description of the items. So we strongly recommend reading each product’s description for sizes, colours, material and design before you go ahead with the purchase, so you can be sure you are happy with what you are buying.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

All our jewellery is made in precious metals (silver or gold) and may tarnish. When not worn, keeping the product in a closed box will reduce the tarnish development. Care instructions for other materials used, will be enclosed within the delivery.

We gladly accept Visa, Visa Debit or MasterCard over the phone or through this website, or regular account payments through BACS.
