My first pandemic commission.

L’s mum had tried these on at Goldsmiths’ Fair the autumn before and loved them. Her daughter remembered well and ordered them online for her special birthday. It was hard to get the size right, so I made some samples and met them on their doorstep, before we proceeded with the rings.

It’s been a funny time with the pandemic, but it’s been a real pleasure dealing with you. Thank you for the extra time and consideration you’ve shown my mum. Even though her party and weekend away have been cancelled, she has a special present to remember her big birthday. Thank you so much for getting the silver rings over to mum personally, and thank you for sending the final rings over so quickly. I popped up to see and she’s so delighted. She’s enjoying playing with all the colour combinations!
